Do you offer free delivery
We offer automatic free delivery on all orders above R1500
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery takes 2-3 business days for all orders placed in South Africa.
- If you were to place a order over the weekend or on a public holiday your order will only be processed & booked for shipping the following Business day.
- If your order is placed on Friday before 17:00 for collection you can still collect it on Saturday between 09:00 and 14:30.
- If you placed a order for Self collection and picked our Vanderbijlpark Branch as the pickup point please be aware that you order will only be available the following business day at 10:00am if your order arrives earlier we will give you a call.
- if you placed a order for self collection and picked our Sasolburg branch we will give you a call when your parcel is ready for collection.
Note: Orders are only processed Mon-Fri if & when payment clears.

I have a problem with my order
Please Send a Email to : Online@beetlejuicevape.co.za
and state withing the email what the problem is with a Photo as well if possible.
Please note that Coils and Disposables do not carry any warranty.
Why was my order cancelled
If you receive a email stating that your order has been cancelled it could be a few reasons namely
- unsuccessful payment
If payment or proof of payment has not been received within 48 hours, we will consider your order request cancelled.
- Fraudulent transaction
- Order never picked up
Orders for pickup will be stored securely for you for 2 days if 2 days have passed we will try to contact you either via Phone number or email.
if we can't reach you or we don't receive a reply from you within 24hours (by end of next business day) to arrange a pickup date we unfortunately have to void the order and no refund will be given.
